You can buy the ingrediences for food on the market or (if the market has been bought out already) get them by working the job Help out in grocery. This job is available once you've reached the 9. grade. Afterwards you cn produce food from the ingredients either to eat yourself or to send ist to players with your delivery boy.
If you neat some food really fast you can also ask around in your gang if someone can send something to you or buy food from other players by using e. g. the trading section on the SchoolWars forum or have a look at the player market for food.
