No. Skills have no effect on the income of your jobs. They have an effect on the grade you're in and for that the jobs you can chose from, but not how much you get in the end, which is mostly coincidence and can only be affected by an extracurricular workshop (through the head boy) and only for one job (grocery) can be affected by your reputation.
