How does the connection of accounts work?

Game accounts are automatically connected to a portal account if the e-mail address matches. From then on, for example, a login through the portal in the game server account is possible.

In order to separate accounts (e.g. for an account transfer) the e-mail address of the game server account must be changed. The account is then discharged at the portal.

Caution: To separate you need to change the address of the game server account, not at the portal! If you change the e-mail address at the portal, then the e-mail address for all game server accounts will also be changed.
