Rule change regarding account takeovers

Account takeovers do not longer have to be individually approved, but only reported. In exceptional cases, the transfer may be subsequently be prohibited, but waiting for the permit is not longer necessary.

• 1. The passing of accounts (account change) is permitted only with the consent of the administration.
  
• 2. Any request for disclosure of an account must be made via the support system from the account that should be disclosed. The player has to indicate who will take over the account.

• 1. The passing of accounts (account takeover) has to be reported, from the account which is changed, by the support system to the administration. The player has to indicate who will take over the account. The notification must be made no later than 48 hours (2 days) after the change.
  
• 2. An account change can be rejected by the administration. Even afterwards it is possible. Reasons for this include too frequent change of account or the suspicion of multiple accounts or account sharing.
  
• 3. If an account gets more than once in 30 days a new owner, or pile up a remarkable number of changes, a rejection of all the takeovers and a general ban on takeovers for the account is the result.
