Game version 1.5.3 and a new city

All game servers got updated to the next game version. Game Version 1.5.3 protect beginners and new cities better and reputation is more important. Also the English game server EN1 will get a new city on March 17th, 2010 (Tuesday) by 16 clock (CET).
